Green (Pokemon Adventures)
Green is quite cunning and quick-witted. She can talk others into believing a bold-faced lie and talk her way out of many tight situations.
Character
Green is shown as very flirtatious and mischievous, she likes to trick people, stole her original starter from Professor Oak, and even sold faulty items for a short period of time. Green is also known to nickname her Pokémon. It is later revealed she was kidnapped as a young girl and used by the Masked Man as one of the Masked Children. The Masked Man used her and the other children to do his evil bidding, which resulted in her troublemaker personality. She escaped from the Mask of Ice with Silver, whom she sees as a younger brother. She has a phobia of birds due to being kidnapped by Ho-Oh from the Mask of Ice when she was a young girl. In the Johto Region she overcomes her fear at long last by catching Articuno, Moltres, and Zapdos and using them against her fellow masked children, Will and Karen. She is also a powerful, focused Trainer that is respectful to her opponents. However, despite Green's positive traits, she also has a dark side: she is heavily implied to have an obsession with Mew, even getting jealous when she finds out that the someone has already caught the Pokémon by the time they meet her. The result of that confrontation was never proven.
