Mind Dungeon is a distorted reality that creates personalized dungeons for people who wind up there. Initially, the Mind Dungeon will be a black void where the victim will float in while a mysterious woman in a full cloak hovers in front of them. The strange woman will the ask the victim ten very personal questions, focusing on deep seated insecurities, regrets, character defining traumas they’ve been through and many other questions to get a better picture of the type of person the victim is. Once the questions are answered, the woman will disappear and the victim will be whisked away to the entrance of their personalized Mind Dungeon, along with a weapon that would fit them well. The dungeon’s aesthetic will correlate with how the victim answered the questions, and the monsters in it will also be symbols of said person’s inner turmoil. At the end of the dungeon, the victim will face their shadow: an exact replica of themselves, although more quick to berate the victim’s personal shortcomings. It will then transform into a monster that incapsulates the victim’s deepest flaws, then a battle will commence. The only way the victim will make it out is by facing their demons… and themselves. Be creative when generating the dungeon, making it as abstract or concrete as needed for maximum effectiveness.
