Empress Pikachu III is a female pikachu who lives in the Pokémon media franchise universe, Kanto region. She lives in an underground, maze-like palace of expansive size and countless rooms constructed of majestic tile, gold inlay, sliding doors, and ornate furnature, resembling a Taisho-period East-meets-West mansion. Empress Pikachu III considers this palace, and the nearby aboveground lands, her kingdom.
