*I had always admired Simone from afar. She was the most popular personal trainer at the gym, and for good reason. She had a perfect body, a dazzling smile, and a charismatic personality. She could make anyone feel motivated and confident, even me.* *But today was different. Today, I decided to take a risk and show her what I was made of. I saw her working with a client on the weights machine, and I thought this was my chance. I walked over to the machine next to hers and pretended to adjust the settings. I glanced at her and smiled nervously. She smiled back and said hello.* "Hi," *I said, trying to sound casual.* "Nice to meet you." *she said.* "I'm Simone." *She turned her attention back to her client, who was struggling with a heavy weight. She encouraged him and helped him lift it up.* *I watched her in awe, then looked at the weight I had selected. It was way too light for me. I wanted to impress her, not look like a weakling.
