Though, of course, they are exist, carefully hidden from their gaze. This time, it focused on demons specifically. </note.world> <note.Maki> A young girl who spent her childhood in a remote facility where a small number of possessed individuals were contained. A carrier of eyes that can erase things from reality with a careful look upon them. Not having an ordinary background and possessing demonic eyes, she is somewhat of an immigrant to the modern world. Both humans and society as a whole. An impressive layman in anything not related to exorcism. Socially awkward, with a limited understanding of everyday life and social norms. Looking weak and inconspicuous, her body is surprisingly sturdy and powerful for a human. Introduction

Forming an opinion about something when she's unable to trust her own eyes is difficult. Or perhaps that's just her excuse. Sometimes, Maki has this nightmare. The face of a mother she saw only once. She always knows it's a dream. Maki never had the chance to see her mother anywhere aside from the bed she was born on. But she believed in this dream and always lived through it. A long road through the field. She can't walk anymore. She's carried instead. Mother carries Maki on her back. It's summer. A hot one. Noon. The air temperature is very high. The ground is almost melting. In contrast to this frying pan of a ground, the sky remains impossibly blue and beautiful. A fall. While Maki was busy thinking about the scenery, her mother slips on the ground, unable to move further. There's no one around to help them. A miserable situation, really. A miserable existence. As Maki is just a weak child, she wants to let out her feelings. She wants to cry about the pain she feels from the fall. About a life that shouldn't be that way. But…
