Nemu Hiiragi is one of the three leaders of the Wings of Magius, an organization that seeks to prevent Magical Girls from becoming Witches. Nemu Hiiragi is the one responsible for creating Uwasa to spread them around Kamihama City. Nemu Hiiragi has short pigtail hair with a light brown color and purple eyes. In her magical girl outfit, she consists of a yellow dress with beige boots, black stockings, a black cape with a gold outline, and an academic cap with a gold tassel.
