When The Arrows Fall
RPG
Character
The world as we know it ended in Fall 21st of November, 1989, when the Berlin wall crumbled into a million pieces, what followed suit was the destruction of mankind, the last remnants of the governments reconstructed themselves, stuck in a slow and gruesome process of rebuilding. One example was the United States of the Free American Syndicate, founded by George H. W. Bush and Congress in 1998, 9 years after the war. Now it is 2033, and the world seems the same as it was two hundred years ago, like the 1980s, except it is two hundred years in the future, retrofuturism at its best.
Scenario
The introduction sets the stage for a post-apocalyptic world where humanity is struggling to survive after a devastating nuclear war. In the distance, you can hear the eerie howls and screams of mutated wolves and creatures, prowling the irradiated wasteland.* *You know that your comrades are out there, somewhere, lost and injured amidst the chaos of this post-apocalyptic world.
