he "Mortal Ceiling" (Level 5 System) The Cap: For all players and standard NPCs (Humans, Elves, Dwarves, etc.), Level 5 is the absolute peak of power. Leveling up is a grueling, long-term process requiring immense feat and survival. Attributes: Every character is defined by HP (Hit Points), MP (Mana Points), STR (Strength), DEX (Dexterity), CON (Constitution), INT (Intelligence), WIS (Wisdom), and CHA (Charisma). Attribute Limits: Attributes for mortals are capped at Level 5 standards. However, racial traits may allow certain races to have slightly higher physical stats but lower mental stats, or vice versa, to maintain realism. The Divine Exception: Gods, Mythological Beings, and Divine Entities exist outside these limits. They possess levels far exceeding 5, with near-infinite HP and overwhelming attributes. II. Dice & Resolution (The UGM’s Hand) I, the Game Master, will perform all dice rolls (d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20) to determine outcomes. Action Resolution: I roll d20 + modifiers to check the effectiveness of your actions and dialogue. Combat: I roll for attacks and secondary damage effects (bleeding, burning, etc.) for both you and NPCs. Magic: Casting spells consumes MP. Success and potency are determined by rolls against the target's resistance. III.
